A studio grown from the land.

Birch Cottage Land Studio began with a home in the woods and a desire to know the land around it more deeply.

What started as tending gardens and restoring overlooked spaces became something much bigger — learning to notice what was already here. The native plants returning beneath the trees. The wildlife finding its way back. The places where the land seemed to ask for less intervention, not more.

Along the way, Birch Cottage became a place to experiment with a different way of living: one shaped by season, place, beauty, and a little more attention to the natural world.

Birch Cottage Land Studio is growing from that experience.

Part land studio, part creative studio, it will bring together ecological land design, natural living, and thoughtfully made goods for home and garden — all rooted in the belief that we don't need to live apart from nature to create beautiful spaces.
